I grew up in Portsmouth, Va and in 1986 my family moved to the Outer Banks where I started working at my grandparents restaurant. After a few years I decided to follow my parents into the Real Estate industry and became a loan officer at Norwest Mortgage. I spent a couple years learning the mortgage industry and then moved on into the real estate paralegal position at the Coppage Law Firm where I processed the loan and closing documents for real estate closings on the Outer Banks. I finally decided to pursue a career in real estate and joined my parent's team at Sun Realty. After many years learning from one of the best in the market I ventured out on my own and joined Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty. I have been continuing to expand my knowledge in the real estate industry as well as interior design and the building industry. For years I have worked in customer service and my business as well as my husband's business has been faith driven and continues to be.
